This includes a separate department of ISA (Internal Service Agents) which approaches people through calls, texts, and emails, who are somehow interested in buying or selling the properties. However, to get a maximum number of prospects, we also do Social Media Marketing, SEO, PPC marketing, web channels, marketing influencers, etc.  

Yes, we do have a support system that provides 365 days assistance facility if needed by our associated agents.

If the agent cancels the service and still wishes to keep the leads, then he/she will still be obligated to pay us the referral fee on a successfully closed deal. There will be no extra charges for the cancelation of service.

Yes, there is a one-time setup fee for signup but the fee will be refunded back to the account on the realtor’s first close. This fee is only to prevent the unconcerned agents.

Yes, the agent will have to sign a services and terms & conditions form to prevent any chance of misconception of the idea and crystal clear understanding. Its beneficial for both of the parties.

No, there will not be any time limit of the contract
